Booking CONDITIONS
- You will receive a confirmation email after booking
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email, Whatsapp, Viber, Text and Phone
- Our representative will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall with a sign saying your name
- Driver will wait up to 2 hours after your flight lands, if you are delayed, please contact our Support team
- For hotel pick up, please arrive in the hotel lobby at least 5-10 minutes in advance of your scheduled pick up time
- The private car with full Air Conditioning, Gasoline, Parking fees, included.
- Extra hour will be charge 10% from the price per hour.
- Baby chairs are available on request. And will be charged an additional fee of around IDR 50,000 per child seat.
